Who is responsible for your data

The controller is ELEVION SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ of Wawrzyńca Engeströma 10, 60-571 Poznań, Poland (National Court Register KRS 0001245334, VAT PL7831955219), trading on this site as ELEVION. Anything to do with your data can be raised by e-mail at contact@eleviondevices.com.

What we collect

Nothing is collected while you browse: the site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising code. Personal data reaches us only when you write: through the contact form (name, e-mail address, subject, message) or by e-mail. If a conversation becomes an order, the delivery address and invoicing details are added to it.

The infrastructure serving the pages keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser) so that attacks and faults can be traced; they are never used to identify visitors.

Why we use it

Replying to you and putting together a quote are steps on the way to a contract, which is the legal basis for handling an enquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). A confirmed order obliges the company to keep invoices and accounts as Polish law demands (Article 6(1)(c)). General questions with no purchase in view are answered because answering whoever contacts us is a legitimate interest of the company (Article 6(1)(f)). None of it is used for advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.

Who handles it on our behalf

Two providers are involved: Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts and delivers the site, routes the mailbox and runs the endpoint behind the contact form, and Google LLC, whose e-mail service holds the inbox we work from. Each operates under its own data processing agreement; any handling outside the European Economic Area relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Once a device is sold, the carrier gets the name, address and contact details it needs for delivery. Nobody else sees your data unless a legal obligation requires it.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that ends without a purchase is erased six months after it goes quiet. Sales records stay for as long as Polish accounting and tax rules require, at present five years counted from the end of the year of the sale, and are deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You may ask which of your data the company keeps, have it corrected or erased, limit how it is used, object to its use, or ask for it as a portable, machine-readable file; an e-mail to contact@eleviondevices.com is enough, and you will hear back within a month. Complaints can be lodged with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
